First, due to unprecedented growth in business conducted through www.kele.com, Kele
has doubled the bandwidth capacity for its website. As a result, third-party
monitoring tests have confirmed the page load times have dropped 50%.
Second, an online chat feature has been added to the Kele.com site and will be
